Shawn Johnson revealed his 17-month-old daughter, Drew Hazel East, is pulling the mother a lot. The former professional gymnast shared a video on Friday, March 12, of her son absolutely killing him on the balance beam.
“Babies for the first time on a balance beam,” Shawn missed throughout the video, which showed Drew walking the beam with almost no help from his mother, who followed her with outstretched hands, ready to pick up her daughter if necessary.
The Olympic athlete in training has won parental approval for her debut routine. Her father, Andrew East, was heard behind the camera saying, “That was really good.” Shawn added, “That was a good thing.” Virtually a 10!
In its caption, the Olympic gold medal joked that Drew “went straight to the foam pit” after jumping off the post into the center of the game.
