Watch: Louisiana man arrested during $ 15,000 trip to Disney reconsider refusal of temperature check | Coronavirus

A heated discussion at Disney World began after a man refused to take a temperature measurement and ended up being escorted out of the park and arrested by Orange County police two months ago.

This week, officials released footage of the body camera that captured the incident, in which Kelly Sills, 47, of Baton Rouge, argued with deputies who arrested him for trespassing after he refused to take a temperature measurement. The brief fever check is part of the Orlando theme park COVID-19 screening.

Sills, a guest at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, told delegates outside the Boathouse restaurant that he was not invading because he spent $ 15,000 to visit Disney World.

“If I take $ 15,000 from you, I can’t kick you out,” said Sills. “… Bring me to prison for 15,000, I’m fine … In front of my kids too, at Disney World.”

As the cops took him to a handcuffed car, Sills changed his mind and asked if it wasn’t too late to check his temperature after all.

“They will do this in prison, sir,” said a deputy in the video.

The lawyer received several videos of Sills’ meeting with Orange County deputies and his arrest. The video below was condensed to show only part of his prison.
