Watch Darth Vader Absolutely Roast Franklin in GTA 5

When he is not reinforcing Emperor Palpatine’s dominance over the galaxy, Darth Vader makes time for the homies. But being a Dark Lord of the Sith, Vader can’t stop diving into his son Franklin. Or at least that’s what a new fan edition would make us believe.

A growing trend of GTA 5 fan videos presents the recreation of a famous scene. In the original, the protagonist Franklin comes home with his friend Lamar beside him. Lamar wants to leave, but Franklin sends him away. Lamar responds by taking pictures of Franklin’s “yee yee ass haircut” when he leaves. When modding a skin from Darth Vader to Lamar, Youtuber WackyW3irdo imagines a different scenario.

WackyW3irdo, in fact, has a series of these, featuring names like Robocop and Caco, the Frog. They are all hilarious, but Vader stands out for his unique dialogue. Most of these editions only reuse Lamar’s lines with a voice filter. Vader’s version goes further by describing how he “joined the dark side, hit some back”. It is a side of Anakin that we don’t normally see.

Meanwhile, in the official GTA news, a new rumor suggests that Rockstar canceled Bully 2 in favor of GTA 6. Vader will be relaxed for a while, as the Star Wars games appear to be focused on Squadrons and Mandalorian.
