Warriors Juan Toscano-Anderson and Steph Curry call the Bleacher Report for name omission

On Thursday night, Warriors guard Steph Curry set the Orlando Magic on fire.

For the second time in four games, Curry hit double digits of three points – 10 on this occasion – in an 111-105 victory. As usually happens when Curry catches fire (he had 40 points in total), compilation videos and other clips of his performance quickly flooded social media.

And the best boost against Magic came in the middle of the fourth period, when Warriors striker Juan Toscano-Anderson caught the ball in the perimeter and swung the court for an open Curry (always a good decision). Toscano-Anderson started having one of the best celebrations in the NBA: when you are so sure that your teammate is going to bury the jumper that you start to celebrate before the kick even falls. Of course, Curry nailed it.

Bleacher Report tweeted the moment, but referred to Toscano-Anderson as “Steph’s teammate”, which is a drag! Toscano-Anderson is having a strong and underestimated season and has been a defensive and rebound player (8.4 boards per game in the last five games), while the Dubs are without their injured centers.

Then, in an attempt to establish his good faith, he triggered the B / R’s Twitter account accordingly.

Shortly afterwards, Curry joined the fray to defend Toscano-Anderson – as well as making sure to refer to him by name.

The Bleacher Report account has yet to respond to any of the players, but I’m sure a long apology from the iPhone Notes app is on its way.
