WarnerMedia’s CEO continued: “We want DC to be a fandom that looks safe and inclusive. We want people to be able to talk about the things they love, but we don’t want it to be a culture of canceling things that any small faction doesn’t like. “

Sarnoff concluded: “We are not that. We want positivity and celebration. “

Sarnoff is right in saying that people should not send threats to executives for “not endorsing the Snyder cut or because they are perceived as an obstacle to his release”. This is not only unacceptable, but totally wrong. No ifs and, or buts about it.

However, Sarnoff’s comments about wanting the DC fandom to be safe and inclusive may be one of the most hypocritical and contradictory statements, since she and WarnerMedia hired Ta-Nehisi Coates to write the next Superman film.

Coates is a radical radical who advocated reparations at The Atlantic. Coates is not just a radical activist, but in an article published in January of this year, he described President Trump as a “white supremacist”.

The article featured an excerpt from his article entitled The First White President. In the passage, Coates wrote: “It is often said that Trump does not have a real ideology, which is not true – his ideology is white supremacy, in all its truculent and hypocritical power.”

In his book Between the World and Me, Coates also wrote: “White America is an organized union to protect its exclusive power to dominate and control our bodies.”

Coates is not the only radical that Sarnoff’s WarnerMedia has hired. In October, they announced that they had signed an agreement with Patrisse Cullors, founder of Black Lives Matter, a self-styled “trained Marxist”.

The organization Black Lives Matter advocates “to dismantle cisgender privilege and elevate black transgender people, especially black trans women who continue to be disproportionately impacted by trans-antagonistic violence”.

The group also wants to “interrupt the requirement for nuclear family structure prescribed by the West, supporting each other as extended families and“ villages ”that collectively care for each other, especially our children, to the point that mothers, fathers and children are comfortable . “

Cullors also supports the withdrawal of funds for the police. In June, she declared: “Demand for extinction of funds for law enforcement becomes a central demand … And with this demand, it is not just a question of taking money from the police, but of reinvesting those dollars in communities black.

It certainly seems that WarnerMedia is promoting the cancellation of the privilege of the police, families and cisgender, whatever. I thought Sarnoff said they were against it.

They are also not new hires. Cartoon Network, a division of WarnerMedia, promoted racism in a recent PSA, where it instructed viewers to see colors in contrast to the teachings of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

In his famous speech ‘I have a dream’, King stated: “I have a dream that my four young children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character. I had a dream today.”

However, Cartoon Network rejects this idea and instead requires its viewers to see the colors.

And it’s hard to say that you talk about positivity and celebration when you want to dismantle families and hire someone who thinks the President of the United States is a white supremacist.
