CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) – Warm sunshine will erode this afternoon to increasing cloud cover today! Expect warmer high temperatures this afternoon to the upper 60s and overnight in the 50s tonight. Showers move in after midnight and take up until Thursday afternoon. Some showers can be strong, with the chance of one or two thunderstorms rolling through. The biggest threat to tomorrow’s weather is a gust of wind! Be sure to attach Christmas decorations outside so that they do not blow away. High on Christmas Eve will be in the lower 70s before the cold front takes in cold temperatures in the lower 30s at night. The heights on Christmas Day will drop in the mid 40’s, but we are at least dry and sunny on Friday!
