War zone players claim TTK is too fast after Black Ops changes in the Cold War

Call of Duty: Warzone players are calling on Raven developers to adjust Battle Royale (TTK) ‘kill time’, with many fans claiming that it has accelerated significantly since the integration of Black Ops Cold War.

The Call of Duty series has become synonymous with fast-paced FPS shooting and racing action. One of the staples in the series is a very fast TTK, which means that you can take down enemy players very quickly, who then reappear and are back in action in the blink of an eye.

However, the Battle Royale formula is a little different, with considerably longer games and no respawns (plus the opportunity to buy back teammates or earn your Gulag after being eliminated). Some fans are getting frustrated with the TTK in Warzone, which they argue is too fast for a real battle.

Players argued that the TTK has been accelerated since the Black Ops’s integration into the Cold War in December.

One player suggested that the game cannot be played “like a BR” and compared it to the hardcore mode of the CoD series, which reduces players’ health to 30 (meaning they die in one or two shots).

“I have been playing since the game was released online last year,” they said. “People complained about the integration of the Grau and other weapons before the cold war, but at least we had real shootings. Now, if you are spotted first, even just a few feet away from someone, you don’t stand a chance. Why play a game in which you are instantly excluded, just to sit and wait 10 minutes in the hope that your teammate can buy it back only to land and be totally excluded again. “

Another player echoed the complaints, saying: “The TTK for this game has dropped to ridiculously low levels and I’m really starting to feel like playing Multiplayer with a life … it feels like I’m dying before I even have a chance to react, find coverage or return the fire. “

A number also highlighted the integration with Black Ops Cold War, speculating whether the addition of new weapons had an indirect effect on the TTK. “Since the integration, TTK has become faster and can be incredibly boring to play against,” said one. “Being teleported without even being able to react in time can make the game very frustrating.”

At the moment, the key factor in Warzone’s TTK is armor. The armor significantly reduces the amount of damage the incoming bullets do, but a player can only have three pieces of armor in use at the same time. This could potentially be increased to four, but it would likely have an indirect effect on cashout delivery rates, viability of armor bags and more.

Obviously, the most direct alternative is to simply reduce weapon damage output or adjust their rate of fire.

While many players feel that Warzone’s TTK needs adjustment, others will undoubtedly prefer fast-paced action, allowing them to take down entire teams, if they are skilled enough. Any change in the TTK that goes too far in the other direction can also have a serious negative effect.
