Voice actor Brad Venable from Devil May Cry 5 and Final Fantasy 7 Remake died

Voice actor in video games Brad Venable died.

The news was given on social media by fellow actor Darrel J Delfin, who paid tribute to his colleague with his wife’s permission on twitter. Venable died at 43; no cause of death was revealed at the time of writing.

During his career, Venable worked on a number of major video game projects, including Devil May Cry 5, where he gave voice to the family of V, Griffon and Nightmare, as well as Final Fantasy 7 Remake, Shenmue 3, a 2020 Demon’s Souls remake, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Serious Sam 4. This is in addition to the roles he played in anime shows like Dragon Ball Super, Attack on Titan and My Hero Academia.

“You saw the best in all of us and brought that out,” Borderlands 3 voice actor Brian Olvera said on Twitter.

“You treated me like family and called me your little brother. You motivated and inspired us. Our bond and friendship in these last years is something that I will keep forever. I love you, Brad Venable, I miss you, brother. “

Dubbing veterinarian, Terry Daniel also posted, saying: “It is very sad to have lost one of the best and most generous talents in the field of narration. Brad Venable was a lovely man and would help with anything you needed. Ridiculously talented and a real treasure. RIP Brad. I will miss our chats. “
