CBS released the first footage of its police drama led by Queen Latifah The equalizer.

Debuting after the Super Bowl LV broadcast on February 7, The equalizer star Latifah as “an enigmatic figure who uses his extensive skills to help those who have nowhere to turn”. Castle executive producers Andrew Marlowe and Terri Miller wrote the pilot, with co-creator of the original series Richard Lindheim on board as an EP.

Chris Noth (Law and order), Tory Kittles (Cologne), Lorraine Toussaint (Into the Badlands), Liza Lapira (Don’t trust B – apartment 23) and Adam Goldberg (The Jim Gaffigan Show) Co-star. Watch the teaser below:
