WTF, Wanda? Why the face?
Someone slapped the side of the TV set, because the WandaVision world is officially broken in this preview of episode 7 of Disney +’s hit.
The last time we tuned in, Vision’s (Paul Bettany) growing awareness of Westview’s peculiar existence, leading to his attempt to escape through the perimeter of the energy field, led Wanda (Elizabeth Olsen) to expand the powerful bubble within which she and his family live. With Hex’s expansion, it transformed SWORD agents and equipment into carnival employees, tents and food tricks. Darcy (Kat Dennings) has been pulled into the larger Hex, her modified fate has yet to be revealed, while the whereabouts of Monica and Jimmy, who were on their way to meet Monica’s “guy” who created a Hex destroyer tank, are also defined. .
In the clip below, Wanda isn’t quite ready to accept that everything around her is falling apart – including the video game controls of the twins Billy and Tommy (joysticks on the Atari 2600, I see you!)
