Video claims stock 2021 Ford F-150 Raptor made eight of those huge jumps and set off

A new Instagram video posted this week that claims to be from a Ford commercial shot shows a brand-new Ford F-150 Raptor 2021 jumping gracefully through the air – and crazy sick look that’s it, bro. Better yet, the original poster for the 395Jeep video states that the Raptor took a giant leap eight times.

Congratulations, guy who sent his Raptor very hard and popped all the airbags. If the video description is true, Ford heard his desire for epic loud and clear uploads.

395Jeep deleted his original copy of the Instagram video sometime on Thursday night, but not before other Raptor fans published again.

“I worked on this commercial two weeks ago for the new Raptor that launched today. This was one of eight jumps and Stock Raptor left,” said the original caption for the 395Jeep.

Normally, you shouldn’t post behind-the-scenes footage before the project airs, so it’s understandable to see this video quickly disappear from the Jeep395 stream. Still, that one definitely looks like a new F-150 Raptor given how far the rear wheels hang in the air. The 2021 F-150 Raptor went for a five-link suspension at the rear that allows more suspension travel than the Raptor’s previous leaf spring. The coils are the longest in the Raptor class too, with an impressive 24 inches.

It’s hard not to see this as a direct shot on the Ram 1500 TRX after last month’s viral video of a TRX Launch Edition being kicked out of a big jump and doubled over to land. After all, the Ram 1500 TRX is the closest competitor to the F-150 Raptor, and being able to send the truck eight times in the same jump for a commercial would be the ultimate defeat on Ford’s part.

However, it is also important to note that comparing the two heels equals apples to oranges. This is a Raptor sent by professionals, undoubtedly a leap that was carefully designed to survive and repeat itself in several takes. The Ram 1500 TRX, on the other hand, was a big leap at home made by a guy who couldn’t even hold the wheels and tires in the truck’s bucket before sending it out. Well planned was not.
