Vanessa Bryant, widow of the late NBA star Kobe Bryant, shared an Instagram post on Wednesday, where she revealed the names of four delegates from the Los Angeles County sheriff who allegedly took and shared graphic photos of the helicopter crash site where her husband, daughter and other passengers died last year.
Bryant shared several images of court documents of a lawsuit filed against Los Angeles County, the county sheriff and the firefighters and the four deputies, whose names were displayed in several messages.

One document features the names of deputies circled in red, while the others detail allegations related to the photos of the remains of Bryant and his daughter, Gianna, and other passengers.
Fox News declined to name deputies for privacy reasons. The Sheriff’s Department declined to comment on the matter to Fox News, but Sheriff Alex Villanueva posted on Twitter Wednesday night: “We will refrain from judging this case in the media and wait for the appropriate location. Our hearts go to all the families affected by this tragedy. “
Earlier this month, a federal judge allowed Bryant, 38, to add the names of deputies and the results of an internal investigation against them in their civil lawsuit.

The lawsuit alleges that the first respondents took unauthorized photos of the accident site near the Los Angeles suburb of Calabasas. Within 48 hours, at least 10 members of the department obtained photos, the suit said.
A deputy allegedly took between 25 and 100 photos of the accident site with his personal cell phone.

The images were shared between deputies with no investigative purpose, the suit alleges. A deputy reportedly shared the photos with a restaurant waiter and made “a rude remark about the state of the victim’s remains”.

The bartender allegedly described the characteristics of Bryant’s remains to other customers, according to documents posted on Bryant’s social media account read. He allegedly told four clients that the photos were shown by an assistant to the sheriff.
A patron said that the situation was “very, very disturbing” and said that “it bothered [him] that whole night, even [on] [his] drive home, “the documents said. The customer emailed a complaint to the Sheriff’s Department for his car.
