Vanessa Bryant beats Evan Rachel Wood for calling Kobe a rapist after his death

Vanessa Bryant is speaking in response to a tweet that Evan Rachel Wood wrote about her late husband Kobe Bryant, just hours after his tragic death in a helicopter crash last year.

THE Westworld actress sparked outrage at her tweets in January 2020, but Vanessa is seeing them first now and decided to answer.

“What happened is tragic. I’m heartbroken for Kobefamily of. He was a sport hero. He was also a rapist. And all of these truths can exist simultaneously, ” Evan wrote in a tweet.

For those who don’t know, Kobe was charged with sexual assault in 2003, but the charges were dropped after his accuser refused to testify. Later, a civil case was opened and an agreement was reached, although Kobe he is presumed innocent in the eyes of the law.

Vanessa accessed their stories on Instagram on Saturday (February 27) and shared a screenshot of Evanthe tweet from, along with a similar tweet written by Abigail Disney.

She said: “Is your fake, insensitive, defamatory and slanderous tweet on 1/26/20 vile and disturbing to say the least? Behaviors like this are part of the reason why innocent blacks go to prison for crimes they did not commit. An accusation does not make anyone guilty. YOU DON’T KNOW THE FACTS OF THE CASE. “
