SteamedSteamedSteamed is dedicated to all things in and around Valve’s PC game service.

Do you want to transform your Valheim character in a chimera creature with a skyscraper torso and legs that resemble a stool? Me neither, but now you can!

“BoneMod” by An0nymooose (through Rock Paper Shotgun) allows you to customize the scale of your character’s bones using in-game chat commands. Whereas normally, Valheim character creation is a rather restricted process, the mod gives you granular control over your resident’s jaw, head, chest, neck, spine, arms, legs, hands and feet after Viking death.

Although you could probably make a perfectly sensible-looking guy, girl, or non-binary friend with this mod, An0nymooose chose to show his versatility with some real boys, like Stretch Headstrong here:

And the beautiful King Torso:

And how could we forget Chinwag, the most pouting of Odin’s many children:

Many mods nowadays have characteristics or ideas of quality of life so requested that the developers left it on the drawing board. But we must not forget the modders that start with a futile idea, say, “Why not?”, And complete it. They are the most courageous of all – no bone mass about it.
