Universal Orlando offers the first military freedom pass

Orlando, Florida – Universal Orlando is offering the first Military Freedom Pass to active and retired military personnel and their families.

The pass, which can be used any day of the year, gives military personnel and their families the chance to enjoy two or three Universal theme parks, including Universal Studios Florida, Universal’s Islands of Adventure and Universal’s Volcano Bay.

The pass also offers families options to upgrade to exclusive military vacation packages. Universal officials said the military can receive a discounted rate at all Universal Orlando Resort hotels, including up to 40% off the Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort rate.

A military park pass for 2 parks will cost $ 199 per adult, while a 3 park pass will cost $ 234 per adult. Each Military Freedom Pass comes with no blackout dates.

Universal’s Volcano Bay water park is closed, but must reopen before March 1.

The Military Freedom Pass is only available with valid identification on your authorized Military Ticket and Travel Office.

The pass can be used until December 31.
