The fast-paced UNIQLO juggernaut made waves last year when it launched its AIRism breathable and reusable masks, updating an essential non-medical COVID-19 transfer with its fan-favorite technology. Just in time for spring, the retailer is launching a trio of new colors for covering the mouth and nose, bringing warm tones to the light and light.
Available in navy, blue and brown, the masks feature a triple layer design that promises to minimize skin irritation thanks to its feather mesh design. The base layer closest to the face features breathable AIRism, the middle layer displays a non-woven filter to reduce the inhalation of unwanted air particles (although UNIQLO is careful to state that its masks do not guarantee to prevent infection) and the layer the outermost has a special mesh that blocks up to 90% of ultraviolet rays. The elastic ear straps ensure a comfortable fit.
