UK Graphics: Super Mario 3D All-Stars remains in the top ten, despite being discontinued

UK physical chart data is now available for the week ending April 3, revealing that Super Mario 3D All-Stars managed to stay in the top ten for another week, despite being discontinued by Nintendo.

The game was removed from Nintendo’s official stores last week, but with a decent number of physical copies already shipped in store warehouses, the game continued to be purchased by fans. It took a while, dropping from second to eighth place last week, but it will be interesting to see how long it will take for the copies to dry.

Elsewhere, FIFA 21 regained first place (the Switch version accounted for 21% of this week’s sales), and last week’s number one, Monster Hunter Rise, dropped to fourth place. Outriders he is the only newcomer to this top ten list, and Balan Wonderworld did not reach the top 40 tracked.
