UK graphics: FIFA 21 regains prominence and trading titles increase despite weekly sales drop

From EA FIFA 21 regained first place on the UK charts in the week ending December 26, dethroning the previous leader, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. FIFA 21 sold 8% more physical copies compared to last week.

The in trouble Cyberpunk 2077 it dropped to eight (it was third last week), and several evergreen Switch titles also saw their total sales drop – but, unlike the CD Projekt title, they climbed the charts instead of falling.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons jumped from fifth place to third, even though its sales fell 20% compared to last week. Mario Kart 8 Deluxe it also jumped to fourth place, although it sold 8% less than last week. Ubisoft’s Just Dance 2021 poured 28% of its sales and moved up one position to seventh, as well as Super Mario 3D All-Stars (up to ninth, despite a 25% drop) and the Switch version of Minecraft (up to eleventh after losing 26% of your sales week by week).
