Two teenage girls were charged with murder following a car theft and accident in Washington, DC, which left an Uber Eats delivery driver dead, officials said.
The 13 and 15-year-olds, who were not identified as being minors, reportedly used a stun gun against the driver in an attempt to kidnap him on Tuesday, which prompted him to crash the car, according to the Metropolitan. Police department.

Mohammad Anwar, 66, of Springfield, Virginia, was identified by the police and his family as the victim, NBC Washington reported. He worked for Uber Eats at the time of the attack, relatives said.
