Two new Nokia smartphones enabled for 5G may be unveiled on April 8

HMD Global is expected to introduce a handful of smartphones in the coming weeks and, judging by the latest reports, it appears that the Finnish company is betting heavily on 5G. There are rumors that at least two affordable Nokia smartphones will be revealed on April 8, the Nokia X10 and Nokia X20, at least according to Official HMD teaser. The launch event scheduled for April 8 is not just about these two smartphones, as HMD is expected to reveal some other devices as well, including the Nokia G10. Marvel fans will be delighted to learn that the X series phones are known internally as Scarlet Witch and QuickSilver, the two brothers who recently appeared on WandaVision.

When it comes to specifications, the Nokia X10 and Nokia X20 are not very impressive, with one exception: both feature 5G support. As they were listed on the Geekbench, we know that they will likely be equipped with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 480 5G processor.

NPU reports that Nokia X20 should have 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal memory, while Nokia X10 will have the same amount of RAM, but only 32 GB of storage. The first will be available in Blue and Sand, while the last will be launched in the Green and White color options.

As far as prices are concerned, the Nokia X10 and Nokia X20 will not be as cheap as one might expect considering their specifications, but the slightly higher price is probably due to the fact that they offer 5G connectivity. Anyway, it is rumored that the X10 costs € 300, while the X20 should not cost more than € 350.
