Two-hour analysis can make you rethink Snyder’s version

Zack Snyder’s two-hour video analysis of MauLer from Justice League takes an in-depth look at the four-hour film, including its various plotholes.

A YouTuber released an in-depth analysis of director Zack Snyder’s four-hour cut Justice League that lasts about two hours.

Video essayist MauLer, along with the help of The Meme Repository, posted an analysis of two hours and eighteen minutes of Zack Snyder’s Justice League on his channel entitled “Justice League by Zack Snyder: An Unbridled Rampage”. The analysis opens holes in Snyder’s storyline and also asks questions like: “Why not [The three Mother Boxes] pre-built as a single thing to do the thing? I do not know.”

“Once upon a time, at that time, it looked like a great alien set foot on Earth in the hope of terraforming with its sorcerer people,” said MauLer. “It didn’t work because this was the Earth and the Earth had Ares, Zeus, Artemis, a Green Lantern, the Amazonians and the race of men coming together to defend it.”

MauLer notes that this battle was “the only loss to Darkseid in a millennium, in the entire multiverse”. This was confirmed by both Wonder Woman and the Steppe Wolf in the film, as well as the fact that Earth is the only planet that contains Darkseid’s anti-life equation. Again, MauLer asks that if Earth were the only planet that Darkseid couldn’t conquer, “why none of them [Darkseid, Dasad or Steppenwolf] be aware that this is the same planet, leading you to it before now? ”MauLer then notes that it is possible that Darkseid“ kind of forgot ”.

The analysis is available to watch in full on the MauLer channel on YouTube. This is not the only criticism to mock Snyder’s film and point out the various plotholes, with Honest Trailers, for example, both satirizing the director’s most used tropes, as well as toasting the #RestoreTheSnyderVerse movement.

Zack Snyder’s Justice League stars Ben Affleck as Batman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Ezra Miller as The Flash, Ray Fisher as Cyborg, Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth, Diane Lane as Martha Kent , Ray Porter as Darkseid, Ciarán Hinds as Steppenwolf, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor and JK Simmons as Commissioner Gordon. The film is now being broadcast on HBO Max.
