“This is something that I think will be the hottest ticket on social media,” said Miller on Sunday. “This will completely redefine the game, and everyone will be waiting and watching to see exactly what President Trump does.”
After being banned from Twitter, Facebook and other social media platforms in January after the Capitol insurrection, Trump has begun releasing statements through his post-presidential office and political action committee in recent months.
On Monday, Trump argued that these statements “are being picked up much better than any tweet” and described his new messaging method as “much more elegant”.
“Do you see that we have released statements from the president, etc. And it is being perceived by everyone, everything we say, ”said Trump.
The ex-president went on to boast that his official statements are “tremendously captured” by the media, adding: “I think it has been very big. I only started doing this in the last three or four weeks. But the voices out there – I think, maybe in a way – can be as big as ever. “
Trump has offered only a few public interviews since he left office in January, most recently calling Fox News for a chat with host Maria Bartiromo last week.
He is also due to appear on Monday on Fox News host Harris Faulkner for an interview.
