Transmission networks exploded by ‘blatant double pattern’ after ignoring Biden’s ‘child immigration facility’

The mainstream media has spent years criticizing the Trump administration for putting “children in cages”, but ABC, NBC and CBS ignored a report that President Biden opened a similar “migrant facility for children”, according to the Media Research Center.

The Washington Post reported: “Dozens of teenage migrants boarded vans on Monday for the trip down a dusty road to a former oil field workers’ camp here, the first migrant child facility opened under the Biden administration,” and the “emergency facility – the vestige of the Trump administration, which was open for only a month in the summer of 2019 – is being reactivated to house up to 700 children aged 13 to 17 years.”

But anyone who depends on broadcast networks for their news has no idea, according to the MRC.

“Although The Washington Post released the story overnight on Monday, no morning or evening news on ABC, CBS and NBC shared a word about Biden’s children’s kennels with its viewers. But it was last Thursday It is fair that all three networks boasted of Biden’s push for an immigration review and a “path to citizenship,” wrote MRC news analyst Nicholas Fondacaro.

Fondacaro called this a “blatant double standard in the way the liberal media applies indignation” and noted “CBS and NBC gaped at the presence of Mexican drug kingpin El Chapo in court” instead of covering the premises for migrant children from Biden.

NBC, ABC and CBS “spent part of their morning newscast gushing over Biden’s candlelight vigil for COVID victims,” added Fondacaro.

Even the Post’s headline, which read “First migrant facility for children is opened under Biden,” seemed much more charitable than the Post’s coverage of former President Donald Trump, particularly during the 2018 migration crisis, when the government imposed its policy of separating children between migrant families.

The 2018 headlines included “The American tradition of caged children” and “The real reason we are locking children up in cages”.
