Hugo Lloris
He made a quick save at the start of the second half, followed by a pair of safe hands to take a header from the resulting corner. Except at close range again, just before Fulham’s goal was canceled. He claimed many crosses and set pieces in the box. 7
Matt Doherty
A few sloppy moments in the first half and I didn’t use the ball well. It did not contribute much in the direction of attack, but it grew in its defensive role as the match progressed. 6
Toby Alderweireld
He didn’t do much wrong in defense, as he looked more comfortable than usual on the left side of the defenders. 8
Davinson Sanchez
He made some important starting blocks in the Spurs box. Excellent defense to prevent Loftus-Cheek from pulling the trigger in the six-yard box. Moments later, he was lucky that his unbalanced break hit Lemina in the arm and, although Maja scored, he was dropped by VAR for handball. He struggled with cramps at the end of the game, but aside from his clumsiness, this was yet another very positive display by the Colombian. 8
Ben Davies
As with Doherty, he did not contribute much to a sense of attack, but he fought for his flank. 6
Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg
The performance of a good overall midfield. He took many blows and put his body at risk. He worked hard on the outside of the Spurs box to prevent Fulham from entering. 8
Tanguy Ndombele
Busy in midfield and threw one of his unseemly passes to Kane, which resulted in a VAR check for a penalty that was not awarded. He continued to try to propel the Spurs by dribbling through the middle of the field. He moved to number 10 after Alli’s departure, before being replaced 15 minutes from the end. 7
Gareth Bale
After taking an early free kick over the crossbar, the play started for the Spurs goal in the first half. It was not possible to find the spark of recent presentations. 5
Dele Alli
A good start for his return to the Premier League starting lineup for the first time since the opening game against Everton, when he hit a low cross from Son and Adarabioyo helped to score. Five minutes before the break, he recovered the ball and hit Son on the second post, but the South Korean star headed wide. It faded in the second half and left with just over 20 minutes left. 6
Son Heung-min
With a beautiful cross, he created Kane for a great chance in the 17th minute that should have been taken advantage of. He was not mistaken, however, moments later, after his low cross, he hit Adarabioyo. He returned the favor before the break, but Son headed down and away from the left post. He did a lot of defensive work in the second half. 7
Harry Kane
Headed a glorious ball from Son straight to the goalkeeper. He had a VAR check for a possible penalty that was not to his liking. With seven minutes to go, his shot at Lamela’s ball was well saved by Areola. A bad night for the striker who saw two big opportunities wasted. 5
Subs
Moussa Sissoko
He joined Hojbjerg and worked hard after his introduction to stem the tide of Fulham. 6
Lucas moura
He cut a shot over Kane’s shot in the last seven minutes. 5
Erik Lamela
He started an incredible race, passing three players in the Fulham area, but he was unable to get the ball to Kane. He hit the striker with a fine pass shortly thereafter, but Kane was denied. 7
