A doctor in Tom Girardiguardianship case says he suffers from Alzheimer’s … and that his dementia impairs his ability to understand audiences.
In documents obtained by TMZ, Tom’s doctor says that dementia and late-onset Alzheimer’s are affecting Tom’s memory, concentration, recall, recognition, communication, logic and understanding.
He is also dealing with emotional distress because of dementia – his doctor says Tom is angry, anxious, afraid, panic and helpless.

A judge wants prosecutors to investigate Tom’s allegations embezzled at least $ 2 million in cash from the client to indemnify the families of the victims of the crash of the Lion Air Boeing 737 Max.
As for the lawsuits he faces … one is Robert Keese, the other partner named in Tom’s law firm, who says Tom owes him about $ 506,000. Tom and Erika are also being sued for allegedly filing a divorce simulation to hide money from creditors.
