For the first time in more than a year, Nintendo held a full Direct presentation. The last presentation was mainly focused on games scheduled to arrive at Nintendo’s hybrid gaming console, the Switch, sometime during the first half of 2021, although there were some game announcements that will arrive after that.

The nearly hour-long event included a series of titles scheduled to arrive on the Switch before mid-year, including ports for indie games like Fall Guys and Outer Wilds and new installments in franchises like No more heroes and Splatoon. Here are the biggest news and trailers for Nintendo Direct today.

Splatoon 3 arrives on Nintendo Switch in 2022

The third installment of Splatoon The franchise is expected to launch in 2022. Not much is known about the game, other than a new location in the desert, but the game appears to feature the same paint-shooting action as previous entries.

The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD cuts the Nintendo Switch on July 16

Nintendo announced The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD, a re-release of the 2011 Wii U exclusive. The game will be released along with a new pair of Zelda-themed Joy-Cons. Nintendo also said it would share more information about the sequence of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild still this year.

Mario Golf Super Rush is the last installment of the Mario Golf series and arrives on June 25

Mario Golf Super Rush it’s the first Mario Golf title for Nintendo’s hybrid console. The game will feature motion controls, new modes and a story campaign.

Knockout City is the latest project from Velan Studios, the same developer who worked on the mixed reality racing game Mario Kart Live: home circuit. The game will be released on May 21 on Switch and other platforms.

World End Club arrives on Nintendo Switch on May 28

From the creators of Danganropa and Zero Escape, End of the World Club is being developed by Too Kyo Games in partnership with Grounding Inc. The first part of the game was previously released on Apple Arcade.

Hades will have a physical release on March 19

One of the most popular games of 2020 will receive a physical release on the Nintendo Switch on March 19. In addition to a cartridge, a physical copy will also include a book containing game art and a download code for the soundtrack.

Ninja Gaiden Master Collection is a remastered compilation of Team Ninja’s most notable titles
