Call me by your name collaborators Timothée Chalamet and Luca Guadagnino are organizing a meeting for the ripening horror story Bones and everything.

Taylor Russell is in talks to direct the film directed by Guadagnino, which would also star Chalamet. The project does not yet have a distributor, but the filmmakers hope to start in April or May.

The project is based on the eponymous novel by Camille DeAngelis, who follows Maren Yearly on a trip around the country as she searches for the father she never met in an attempt to understand why she has the desire to kill and eat the people who love her.

Dave Kajganich, who worked with Guadagnino on A bigger splash, wrote the script.

Guadagnino recently launched the HBO series We are who we are, while Chalamet has two films— The French Dispatch and Dune– should come out this year. Russell, who appeared prominently Waves, production recently ended in the final season of Lost in space.
