The private property of Tim McGraw and Faith Hill in the Bahamas went on sale and could be yours – that is, if you have $ 35 million to spend.
The couple bought an island in the Bahamas called L’île d’Anges in 2003, according to Architectural Digest, but they didn’t move to their home there until 2012. They told the magazine that the construction project turned out to be a slightly more extensive undertaking than they had originally planned. They ended up having to build houses for construction workers and then had to create infrastructure for construction teams, including electricity and water.
“We decided to build a house,” said Hill. “We had no idea that we had to build everything else. Basically, we had to build a small town. “
The couple and their three daughters used to vacation on the island and stay in yurts while their spectacular main residence was under construction, and Knight Frank’s list includes the two seaside yurts, three employee houses, engineering facilities and mechanical storage , as well as a private dock.
The main house is situated on a high point close to the center of the island to offer the most breathtaking views of its untouched beauty. The inspiring mansion consists of 6,517 square feet, with nearly 5,000 additional square feet of covered porches and open corridors that connect the eight individual pods in the main house.

L’île d’Anges, also known as Goat Cay, comprises 19.77 acres and offers almost 2 km of beachfront property.
It is not clear from the list whether McGraw and Hill still own the property today, or if the island is being listed on behalf of another party.
The superstar country couple is no stranger to luxury living. They also owned an 11,000 square foot, 6 bedroom, 9 bathroom mansion in Beverly Hills, which they sold for $ 9.5 million in 2009., as well as a luxury Nashville mansion that they sold in 2009. They continue to own a historic country estate on a large piece of land in Leiper Fork, Tennessee, in addition to its main residence, which public records show is a 22,460 square foot house with 5 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms and 22,460 square feet.
