Tiger Woods has returned home to Florida as he continues to recover from serious leg injuries sustained in a car accident last month in Southern California.
The famous golfer accessed social media on Tuesday night to provide an update on his condition and to express his thanks for the support he received and the help he received during his hospital stay.
“I’m happy to report that I’m back home and continuing my recovery”, he wrote on twitter. “I am very grateful for the support and encouragement I received in the past few weeks.
“Thanks to the incredible surgeons, doctors, nurses and staff at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. You all took such good care of me and I can’t thank you enough.
“I will recover at home and work to get stronger every day.”
