The ongoing claims against TI (born in Clifford Joseph Harris Jr.) and Tiny Harris (born in Tameka Cottle) have further increased. Reports of letters written by lawyer Tyrone A. Blackburn detailing allegations of “sexual abuse, forced ingestion of illegal narcotics, kidnapping, terrorist threats and private imprisonment” surfaced over the weekend. Eleven women have made claims so far, all of which allegedly occurred between 2015-2018. Blackburn gave a press conference on Monday, reiterating his report and asking prosecutors to examine the detailed allegations.

“These allegations are nothing more than the continuation of a sordid campaign of extinction that started on social media and now tries to manipulate the press and abuse the justice system,” said Steve Sadow, TI and Tiny’s lawyer, at the time in a statement.

On Monday, at the Los Angeles County Superior Court, Atlanta entrepreneur Sabrina Peterson – the first woman to accuse the couple of assault – filed “two defamation, invasion of privacy, two interference actions with economic advantage in perspective and two actions to inflict emotional suffering, for unspecified damages, ” Vultures reports.

“Choosing a person’s words, especially words of public figures with millions of followers on social media, causes and causes Peterson to suffer internal scarring,” legal representatives of Peterson-based law firm Ivie McNeill Wyatt Purcell & Diggs , California and New York-based TA Blackburn Law, told Vulture in a statement. “These lewd words may not have caused any physical damage, but they have destroyed Mrs. Peterson’s soul and reputation and have caused irreparable damage to her business and her brand. TI, Tiny and even Mrs. Jones can’t get the bell off. “

“Em. Peterson is the definition of ‘slander-proof’,” said another Harris lawyer, Andrew Bettler in a statement to Vulture. “She has a long criminal record for crimes involving dishonesty and violence. Nothing our clients can do. to have said about her is defamatory. Ultimately, not only will Peterson’s meritless case be dismissed, but she will also be responsible for paying the legal fees that the Harris will be forced to incur in connection with that. “

Also on Monday, sources via Variety reported that TI would not reprise its role to Ant-Man 3. The 40-year-old rapper played the supporting character “Dave” alongside Paul Rudd in the last two Marvel franchise films. Despite the timing of the report amid allegations of sexual assault, sources said TI was never scheduled to return to the third installment.
