Rapper TI and his wife Tiny Harris have been accused of drugging and sexually assaulting several people, according to a lawyer who is now calling for criminal investigations into the charges. The alleged incidents occurred in several states between 2005 and 2018.
Lawyer Tyrone A. Blackburn sent letters to attorney generals in California and Georgia urging them to investigate the claims of 10 women and a man who alleged that the rapper, his wife and his associates participated in acts like “forced drugs, kidnapping , rape and intimidation. “
“These women are unaware of each other and, with no guidance from me, they report frighteningly similar events of sexual abuse, forced ingestion of illegal narcotics, kidnapping, terrorist threats and private imprisonment,” Blackburn said in his letters.
A lawyer for the couple said the pair, whose real names are Clifford and Tameka Harris, “deny in the strongest possible terms these baseless and unjustified allegations”. Lawyer Steve Sadow also called the claims for an “extinction” that started on social media.
“Blackburn has repeatedly refused to provide the names of his accusing clients or any supporting or corroborative evidence for his unsubstantiated claims,” Sadow said in a statement. “The Harris repeat that they are confident that if a thorough and fair investigation is conducted, no charges will be brought.”

The letters describe several alleged cases of drugs and aggression. In 2005, a woman in her twenties met the couple at a club in California, where she took a drink and a sip of a drink that Tiny offered her, according to Blackburn’s letter to the California attorney general. She went to the rapper’s hotel room and got “dizzy and dizzy” and ended up vomiting, the letter said. She rejected her advances, but said she remembers “waking up naked on the couch with a towel thrown over her with a very sore vagina,” the letter said.
Three women accused the couple of drugging them in Atlanta. One said she was working for the couple in the summer of 2006, when Tiny offered her a drink and pills, which made her sick, said the Blackburn letter. She finally threw up and woke up naked, believing her virginity had been taken away, wrote the lawyer.
TI, a renowned Atlanta rapper, is known for his contributions to hip-hop from the early 2000s. In 2010, the three Grammy winner married Tiny, who is known for her songwriting career in the 1990s.
The two have their own reality show on VH1, where cameras document their big family and celebrity life. Deadline reported that MTV Entertainment, a division of ViacomCBS, paused filming for season four to “gather more information” after the allegations began to emerge earlier this year.
Blackburn recalled the new allegations at a news conference on Monday morning and said he had heard complaints from more than 30 women. Most, he said, remained anonymous for fear of retaliation.
“One of the reasons I heard from all women was the fact that they thought no one would believe them,” Blackburn told reporters on Monday, adding that it is “easier to assume when there are other women stories to be with you.”
