Three South Carolina prospects included in the expanded 2023 rating

The 247Sports Class of 2023 basketball rating was expanded from 50 to 75 players on Wednesday afternoon and three South Carolina natives were included in the rising youth group. None of the 2023 candidates in the top 75 are committed to a college basketball program.

Ridge View power forward GG Jackson reaches 34th in the country and 6th in its position, Gray Academy’s attacking force Brandon Gardner is No. 37 in the country and No. 7 in its position and center of the Church of Christ Jordan Butler it is general No. 45 and No. 4 in its position. All three are considered potential four-star customers, as only nine out of the top 75 have achieved five-star status.
