New set photos Thor: love and thunder gave us a glimpse into the new looks of Thor (Chris Hemsworth) and Star-Lord, also known as Peter Quill (Chris Pratt), in the next Marvel film.
Although the Starlord’s costume is not much different from what he displayed in previous films, Thor is looking for a whole new look. He’s torn to begin with, and he’s showing off his muscles in a sleeveless jacket that makes him look similar to Thunderstrike, also known as Eric Masterson, a character in the Marvel comics who wielded Mjolnir for a while and is often mixed with Thor in the comics (although we have to wait and see if that connection will bear fruit).

Filming for Thorquel is underway in Australia, but this is the first time we’ve seen the set. Other behind-the-scenes photos show Sean Gunn, who plays Kraglin in the Guardians of the Galaxy movies, on the set of a new cybernetic helmet inspired by Yondu, played by Michael Rooker, who created Peter as a child and died in Guardians of the Galaxy 2.

Thor’s next 2017 follow-up: Ragnarok, Thor: Love and Thunder shows Taika Waititi back in the director’s chair and Valkyrie’s return from Tessa Thompson and Jane from Natalie Portman. We already knew that we could expect a crossing with the Guardians of the Galaxy, since Thor was on board his ship at the end of Avengers: Endgame, and there are likely to be many more familiar faces appearing as well – apparently, we can expect “a montage of extensive cast “for” an Avengers 5 feel “.
While we wait for Thor: Love and Thunder to hit the big screen on February 18, 2022, follow the MCU with our guide to watch Marvel movies in order.
