This leak shows that Sony’s noise-canceling headphones fit better in your ears

Sony’s next WF-1000XM4 headphones may have been displayed in a leak, with a narrow design. The leakage of MyDrivers (through MySmartPrice) claims to show the sequence of Sony’s very good WF-1000XM3 – and if it’s real, it looks like a good design update.

The proposed new design does away with the large popsicle stick-like design that comes out of the user’s ear and instead goes with a more modern button style that fits their ear – similar to Samsung’s Galaxy Buds Pro .

The leaked image shows a copper accent cylinder that acts like a design similar to Sony’s 1000XM3 headphones or its state-of-the-art Walkmans. We will probably have to wait for an official announcement to discover its purpose – whether it’s a charging port, active noise canceling microphone set or something else entirely. At the moment, however, I can’t help but hope that this leak is real, as it is a considerable improvement over the old model.
