Almond milk is a rich source of calcium, magnesium and iron, and is also rich in vitamins and healthy fats. Of course, it is also a vegan drink that can be used as a substitute for animal milks in many foods and drinks.

Milk has far surpassed other dairy alternatives. For years, soy milk has been the main alternative to dairy products, with consumers spending $ 230 million a year on it until mid-summer 2018, but it has been drastically outpaced by almond milk. But at the same time, they spent almost five times more on almond milk: an impressive $ 1.2 billion. Coconut milk came in third, with $ 104.5 million in annual sales, followed by rice milk, with $ 41.6 million annually.

At the end of autumn 2020, almond milk sales appeared to be close to $ 1.4 billion in the United States, with Blue Diamond’s Almond Breeze milk accounting for about $ 555 million of total sales, reports the Statista.
