Third lawsuit filed against Deshaun Watson alleges forced oral sex

A third lawsuit was filed against Texan quarterback Deshaun Watson, with another licensed massage therapist alleging sexual assault and harassment.

The lawsuit, opened Wednesday night in the Harris County district court, accuses Watson of “forcing [the massage therapist] having oral sex ”during a massage in Houston in December 2020.

The first two cases brought against Watson were for incidents that allegedly occurred in March and August 2020. Watson has publicly denied the allegations of the first case, but has not commented since. The most recent lawsuit states that Watson made first contact with the massage therapist by direct message on Instagram and requested an appointment.

According to the lawsuit, shortly after the massage started on December 28, Watson “aggressively began to dictate the massage and where he wanted the Claimant to touch him”. Watson reportedly repeatedly asked for his “inner thighs” and “inner buttocks” to be massaged and then “kept fixing on the ‘insertion of his hamstrings'”.

The massage therapist was uncomfortable, according to the lawsuit, but Watson “made it clear, repeatedly, that he was a professional football player, who could either help or hinder her career.”

Later, while the masseuse was working on his rib cage, Watson reportedly “got more aggressive, telling her hard to move his hand over his pubic area … [and] instructed her to slide her hand over his genitals, ”says the suit. Watson then allegedly “coerced the Claimant to move his mouth towards his penis, forcing the Claimant to perform oral sex on him,” according to the lawsuit.

The plaintiff is seeking “minimal compensatory damages”, although the lawsuit indicates that she “suffered mental distress as a result of Watson’s behavior”.

Texas’s famous lawyer, Tony Buzbee, opened the three lawsuits on behalf of women alleging Watson’s misconduct, and said on social media on Wednesday that there are six lawsuits in total to be filed.

The charges against Watson come at a time when the 25-year-old defender is in the midst of an impasse with the Texans. He asked for a deal after signing a four-year extension, $ 160 million, last fall, although the Texans have publicly said they have no intention of negotiating it.
