‘These two don’t fool anyone’: Megyn Kelly shares a new poll showing falling popularity for Meghan Markle and Prince Harry

Megyn Kelly said Meghan Markle and Prince Harry “are not kidding anyone” while she shared a poll showing the royal couple’s declining popularity after the revealing interview.

“After the interview with Oprah, only 3 out of 10 [people] see Meghan Markle favorably [and] most [people] they don’t like Harry more than him – a new low point for both of them, ”Kelly tweeted on Friday, along with a survey showing that the duchess and duke’s popularity has dropped in the UK. “These two are not deceiving anyone and no one feels sorry for them,” she added.

A new YouGov poll found that 45% of British respondents have a positive opinion of Prince Harry, compared with 48% who have a negative opinion. This is a 15-point drop for the member of the royal family compared to a previous March 2 survey. (RELATED: Meghan Markle and Prince Harry will have an ‘intimate’ interview with Oprah)

The Duchess had almost the same, with 31% of respondents in Britain having a positive view of her, compared to 58% with a negative view. That’s a 13-point drop for Prince Harry’s wife from the last vote a week ago.

The opinion of the royal couple varied across different age groups, with the majority of 18- to 24-year-olds liking Meghan by 55%, compared with 32% who do not like her.

The same happened with Harry, with three out of five Britons between the ages of 18 and 24 having a positive opinion of him by 59% and 28% who dislike him.

However, when it came to people aged 65 and over, the duke and ex-actress in “Suit” were strongly rejected more than liked, Meghan (13% positive vs 83% negative) and Harry (27% positive vs 69% negative).

The survey was carried out with 1,664 residents of Great Britain from March 10 to 11, 2021.
