Thermaltake announced a new compact chassis based on its monolithic Tower 900 chassis. The new Tower 100 includes support for mini-ITX form factor motherboards, with extensive cooling capabilities and support for larger graphics cards, such as the NVIDIA RTX 3080.
The Thermaltake Tower 100 includes filtered ventilation from top to bottom, with 4 mm thick tempered glass side panels that combine the need for style and performance. Includes a top-mounted angled I / O panel that includes support for USB 3.2 G2 Type-C, with two USB 3.0 Type-A inputs and front panel audio inputs.
According to Thermaltake, these cases are designed for optimal airflow and include two 120 mm 1000 RPM fans, one pre-installed on the top and one on the bottom. It has support for additional fans, including a 120/140 mm fan on the top, a 120/140 mm fan above the power supply cover, and a 120/140 mm fan on the rear. Users can also install a 120 mm AIO CPU cooler on top, with maximum space for a 190 mm CPU cooler. It also includes features for installing graphics cards with a maximum length of up to 330 mm, which is fine for cards like the NVIDIA RTX 3080, but slightly less for the higher specification RTX 3090.
The Thermaltake Tower 100 will be available in two colors, black and a subtle Snow edition. Thermaltake claims that the Tower 100 mini-ITX case will include a 3-year limited warranty, due to launch in the US and Canada in late January.
