The Weeknd is relaunching House of Balloons with original samples for the 10th anniversary

The Weeknd announced that its debut mixtape, House of Balloons, will arrive at streaming services with original samples approved for the first time this Sunday (March 21) to celebrate its 10th anniversary. The Weeknd also announced a limited edition vinyl with cover art reinvented by New York artist Daniel Arsham. Find out more on the Weeknd website.

The original House of Balloons, released for free online, had a sample of Aaliyah in “What You Need”, a sample of Cocteau Twins in “The Knowing”, a sample of “Happy House” by Siouxsie and the Banshees in “House of Balloons / Glass Table Girls” , and two different samples of Beach House.
