The third expansion of Dragon Ball Z Kakarot DLC was revealed today with a new trailer.
The new expansion, entitled The Warrior of Hope, will launch this summer. The focus will be on the story of Future Trunks, as shown by the reveal trailer.
The previous Dragon Ball Z Kakarot DLC is the expansion The New Power Awakens – Part 2. This expansion introduced new features, hord battles and more.
“A New Power Awakens – Part 2,” the new downloadable content for DBZ: Kakarot, will enrich the game with new hord battles from the Z Warriors against the Cold Force!
Freeza and his squad are attacking Earth. Be ready to fight a crowd of enemies eager to destroy you! The Z warriors will be able to combine their attacks for a superpowered strike through the new “Z combinations”.
“A New Power Awakens – Part 2” can only be purchased by purchasing the Season Pass or the “A New Power Awakens Set” package.

The Dragon Ball fan in me loves Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, but the game fan in me was getting tired very quickly. These cool setpieces and cutscenes kept me playing the game to see more, but a lot between those moments to screw things up. It becomes very long, tedious and repetitive. But at the same time, it’s wonderful for fans. I wouldn’t torment myself by forcing it to 100% completion, but many other fans like me will feel compelled to at least finish the main story.
