If you are someone who plays Call of Duty: Warzone regularly, you may want to prepare for the game to potentially become much more toxic in the coming weeks. If a new leak associated with the multiplayer shooting game turns out to be true, players around the world are sure to start spamming a new final move soon.
A new video appeared on a YouTube channel with the name Elvis showing footage of a teabag-style finishing move that is coming Call of Duty: Warzone. The user who uploaded this video shows two different iterations of the emote, each of which occurs after killing another player. By sneaking up behind an enemy character and silently taking him down, the player’s character then proceeds to … you get the picture.
Elvis claims he heard about the final move in a Reddit post and then started searching the files for Call of Duty: Warzone and discovered this animation. What does this mean for your formal addition to War zone although it is uncertain. If this turns out to be real, then it stands to reason that Infinity Ward has already brought the emote into the game and may be properly revealing its addition in the near future. That said, it could also be something that was originally being worked on by the developers and was not intended to be given to players, but was still distributed in an earlier update.
Teabagging as a whole is a maneuver that has existed in multiplayer shooting games since the beginning of time. While most games allow players to do the action on their own, simply alternating the crouching action repeatedly, this new final move would be a more formal way of instituting the move. I imagine that many players would buy and use for themselves in War zone, too.
For a while, Call of Duty: Warzone remains playable on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X / S and PC. If you want to stay on top of all game updates going forward, you can do so by following this page.
