WandaVision Soundtrack

Marvel’s WandaVision it is slowly unfolding on Disney + and, after the premiere of each new episode, we will also receive soundtracks every week. Walt Disney Records made available the soundtracks of the first two episodes of the series, presenting not only the soundtrack of Ant-Man and the Wasp and Frozen 2 songwriter Christophe Beck, but also the original theme songs of the Frozen franchise composers Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez.

Christophe Beck is responsible for composing and producing each of the tracks on the track for all nine episodes. This includes music that pays homage to the style of the classic series of each era that they are recreating. Beck said:

“For each season, the song is a loving tribute to the typical sitcom scores of that time. This involved not only the instrumentation, but also the style of composition. “

This meant using small orchestras for the previous episodes, but embracing a more modern sitcom style of pop-rock. But in addition, Beck also used period-specific recording and mixing techniques to make the sound as authentic as possible to the time period.

Along with the sitcom soundtracks, Beck is also responsible for the most traditional soundtrack from the Marvel film, which arises when mystery is at the center of WandaVision it starts to get a little tense and unnerving.
