President Joe Biden said the United States may be in “very different circumstances” at Christmas.

Speaking at CNN City Hall on Tuesday night, Biden noted that with vaccinations, the ability to continue spreading the coronavirus “will decrease considerably” due to the herd’s immunity.

“So if it works like this, as my mom would say with the grace of God and the goodwill of the neighbors, I think next Christmas we will be in a very different situation if God wants it to, than we are today,” said Biden said, warning he didn’t want to “promise anything too much”.

“A year from now, I think there will be significantly fewer people having to be socially distant, having to wear a mask, but we don’t know,” said Biden.

Your vaccine plan: Biden promised that 600 million doses of vaccines will be available to the country by the end of July.

Not all vaccines will be administered at this time, Biden noted. “They will be available,” he said. “Many will be vaccinated in the meantime,” he said. “In other words, it is not suddenly that 600 million doses will appear.”
