The Top 15 CES Devices You Can Buy Now (2021)

In many ways, CES 2021 was unlike any other we in the Gear team have ever been to. Instead of running around Las Vegas poking at everything and getting seriously dehydrated, we sat at home and watched instructions after instructions on Zoom. But CES is still the festival of spending money. It was designed to invoke your most primitive desires – be it for an exquisite gaming chair, an accessible laptop or just a machine to squirt single portions of delicious fro-yo. These are our favorite things on display at CES that you can buy right now to scratch.

  • Moft Snap-On Support for $ 30: I want this. This docking holder keeps your iPhone in portrait, landscape or “floating” mode and has space to store three cards. We’ve also included it in our guide to the best iPhone 12 accessories.
  • Moto G Play for $ 170: Motorola has updated its low-cost phone line, which we like very much. Updates are minimal, but the price is still low. For a more in-depth look, check out our guide to the best cheap phones.
  • Type (free): This small and useful app is the first product from a company that is working on a 100% private “next word prediction engine”. The distinctive honeycomb keyboard claims to reduce typing errors by up to 80%.
  • MaskFone for $ 50: If you are wearing a mask in public and taking calls, you may need a mask (possibly oversized) with an N95 filter, a built-in microphone and connected headphones. Or, you know, maybe not. Check out our guide to our favorite masks if you want some more possibilities.
  • V-Moda M-200 ANC for $ 500: We didn’t get a chance to try these expensive headphones in person, but V-Moda has never let us down before. We hope that this new model from the innovative design company will be one of the best noise-canceling headphones of the year.
  • JBL Reflect Mini NWC TWS Earbuds for $ 150: The latest training buttons from JBL have a reflective band for people who like to be outdoors at night or at dusk. They also have noise cancellation and IPX7 water resistance rating. We didn’t get a chance to try them out either, but we like other JBL buttons.
