The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run and Kamp Koral: SpongeBob’s Under Years Paramount + Announced release dates

The film SpongeBob: Sponge on the Run and the first six episodes of Kamp Koral: SpongeBob’s Under Years will premiere on Paramount + on March 4, 2021. In addition to being available on Paramount +, the film SpongeBob: Sponge on the Run will also be available on VOD platforms for a limited time at a suggested price of $ 19.99 USD.The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run is SpongeBob’s first cinematic event and shows Bob and Patrick on an adventure to save Gary, SpongeBob’s beloved pet snail. A track path leads them to King Poseidon, who keeps Gary captive in the Lost City of Atlantic City.

Directed and co-written by Tim Hill, The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge on the Run features the voice of Tom Kenny, Awkwafina, Matt Berry, Clancy Brown, Rodger Bumpass, Bill Fagerbakke, Carolyn Lawrence, Mr. Lawrence and Reggie Watts.

Kamp Koral: SpongeBob is the first SpongeBob SquarePants spinoff and is a prequel CG animated series that follows a 10-year-old SpongeBob and his friends during a summer camp where they “spend time building underwater bonfires, taking water – wild life and swimming in Lake Yuckymuck in the wildest seaweed camp, Kamp Koral. “The first season will consist of 13 episodes.

Tom Kenny (SpongeBob), Bill Fagerbakke (Patrick), Rodger Bumpass (Squidward Squid), Clancy Brown (Mr. Siriguejo), Carolyn Lawrence (Sandy) and Mr. Lawrence (Plankton) will reprise their roles, while Carlos Alazraqui ( Casagrandes) and Kate Higgins (Blaze and the Monster Machines) “come together as new characters Nobby and Narlene, narwhal brothers who live in the forest around the camp.”

Paramount + will also be officially launched on March 4 and is a new brand of CBS All Access as “part of expanding the service to present content from ViacomCBS ‘leading broadcast, news, sports and entertainment portfolio. Paramount + is also scheduled to launch in international markets in 2021, starting with Australia, Latin America and Nordic countries.
