The Seahawks defense makes Rams look futile, Dallas can steal the booboo division and the Packers can dethrone Chiefs

The end of the NFL season is next week, which means that playoff spots are at stake.

The Browns lost almost all of their reception core to COVID problems this week, which is one of the main reasons they lost to the Jets, but no one has an excuse for losing to the Jets. They are literally the Jets, my four-year-old niece could beat them.

Anyway, let’s take a look at how the teams are vying for a playoff position in Week 16.

Rams vs. Seahawks

Russell Wilson and the Seahawks took care of the Rams on Sunday to end the NFC West crown.

Wilson had a solid but very pedestrian day, rolling 225 yards and a touchdown. The defense really took Seattle yesterday.

They made Rams’ offense seem as clueless as Donald Trump at a foreign policy meeting. Rams’ racing game looked as outdated as a pager. And they made Jared Goff look as stiff as a tree trunk.

The Seahawks defense kept the Rams in their lowest offensive production of the season (9 points) and held them without a touchdown on the day.

The Rams will try to reach the playoffs next week with a victory against the Cardinals or a defeat by the Bears.

Seattle will likely be the second or third seed, depending on what happens in week 17.

Eagles vs. Cowboys

In a crucial game at NFC East, Jalen Hurts took the Eagles to Dallas and tried to get a much-needed victory.

Needless to say, the Eagles did not achieve that victory.

Dallas stepped into Philadelphia 37-17 in a game where the Eagles ‘secondary had no answers for the Cowboys’ wide receivers, especially Michael Gallup, who had six receptions for 121 yards and two touchdowns.

The Eagles had the opportunity to return to the game as soon as Dallas took the lead, but coach Doug Pederson started to have brain cramps again on the sideline. For much of yesterday’s game, Pederson inexplicably abandoned the running game that had worked so well for the team in the first half and resorted to continuous takedowns for the Hurts, which made the Eagles’ attack more stagnant.

Hurts finished 21/39 for 326 yards, a touchdown and two interceptions. He also had 69 yards on the ground. However, Pederson completely overlooked that he had Myles Sanders striking the Cowboys in the first half will be the story.

In one of the craziest seasons ever, Dallas now has a chance to make the playoffs. All they need to do is beat the Giants on Sunday and hope that Washington finds a way to give up as they normally do and that the Cowboys are the champions of the NFC East.

Titans vs. Packers

On a snowy night at Lambeau Field, Aaron Rodgers and Davante Adams set fire to the Titans in second place.

The two stars combined for 11 receptions, 142 yards and three touchdowns. Tennessee had absolutely no answer for these men.

Rodgers and Adams made Titans DBs look more lost than a Generation Z kid at a record store.

The loss to Tennessee leaves them tied with Indianapolis for the best record in AFC South. If the Colts win next week against the Jaguars and the Titans lose against the Texans, Tennessee will not only lose the division, but could risk not making it to the playoffs all at once.

Green Bay is currently the only seed in the NFC and is able to guarantee goodbye in the first round in the playoffs with a victory next week against Chicago or a defeat in Seattle.

The Packers are a team that few have talked about throughout the season. Rodgers has been playing at the MVP level and the defense has shown that it can defend against very good teams.

The Packers could be the biggest threat to dethrone the Chiefs in the Super Bowl this season.
