The S Pen feature update is coming to the Galaxy Tab S7 series this month

The Galaxy Tab S7 series was upgraded to One UI 3.1 last month, but Samsung has not stopped working on developing new features for its tablet duo. In fact, the company is preparing to release an accompanying firmware update for the Galaxy Tab S7 series; one that will feature a handful of new S Pen features that are likely to be appreciated by productivity-oriented users.

The update will make the S Pen usable in more scenarios and will allow handwriting in more text boxes that are normally served with the on-screen keyboard. For example, once the update is applied, owners of the Galaxy Tab S7 and Galaxy Tab S7 + will be able to use the S Pen to write by hand in the address boxes. They will have options to enter punctuation marks and the text will be instantly converted to digital text. The same s Pen for text The option will also be added to Samsung Notes and will be available in more than 80 languages at launch.

Scanning documents just got easier

The Galaxy Tab S7 and Galaxy Tab S7 + already offer users the option to scan documents using the camera, but the next update will bring this feature to the foreground.

This is not as big a change as s Pen for text In addition, but after the update, the Scan option will be found at Attach, right next to the Image, Camera, and PDF options. After a document is scanned, the user can start annotating the document using the S Pen.

Samsung claims that the next firmware update for the Galaxy Tab S7 with the S Pen for text Included feature will be launched in late February. Implementation will begin in selected markets, so it will not be available everywhere in the beginning.
