An upcoming Philips Hue physical wall switch module will solve one of the biggest problems facing smart home fans who share a home with less tech people: if someone uses the physical wall switch to turn off a light, it can no longer be app- or Controlled by Siri.

The company says a solution is underway in the form of a new Philips Hue wall switch module.
The new Philips Hue wall switch module is the ideal complement to any Philips Hue configuration. Installed behind existing light switches, it allows users to turn the existing switch into a smart switch and ensures that their smart lighting is always accessible. Whether through the app or by voice command: no more getting up from the couch to turn on the switches that a family member or guest may have turned off.
In addition, in the Hue app, you can simply select scenes of light and customize the operation of the switch to further personalize the environment.
The Philips Hue wall switch module is battery powered and has a minimum service life of five years.
The new module will go on sale in Europe in the spring and in the United States and Canada in the summer.

The stainless steel spotlight, which provides a powerful floating light effect up and down in white and millions of colors, gives a sense of luxury to the outdoor space. There is no need to struggle with the wires when connecting Appear, but easily mount the light on the wall using the pin connector, sit back and relax.
Both will go on sale in Europe on January 26. Appear stainless steel, uh, appears to be only in Europe, while Amarant will be sold in the US and Canada from March 2, at a price of $ 169.99. They increase the growing range of Hue products.
