The NHE Homeowners Association continues its expansion with 5 new communities from South Carolina

What started as a small-scale developer and builder of residential subdivisions in the late 1960s has grown over the past five decades to become one of the leading associations and property management firms in the Southeast.

This growth is also not slowing down.

Based in Greenville NHE Homeowners Association Management has just brought in five more communities based in the state of Palmetto, which will represent 400 homes in total. This brings the number of communities under the umbrella of the NHE to 80, totaling more than 17,000 houses, apartments and condominiums in 15 different states.

While the business of managing homeowners’ associations may be a somewhat neglected or misunderstood sector, Eric Kohorn, vice president of association management at NHE, said the company’s primary objective is to offer guarantees.

“[It’s about] maintain and improve the communities and the peace of mind of their owners, ”said Kohorn.

In many ways, NHE’s offerings are similar to the offerings of the communities they represent: ready-to-use and customizable accommodations to meet the needs of a variety of families – or in the case of NHE, a variety of communities.

The new communities under the NHE, all located in Upstate, are being developed by Meritage Homes and Ryan Homes. They include:

Parkview Glen: a Meritage Homes community in the heart of Anderson County in Pelzer, with single-family ranch and two-story homes located near I-85 and Highway 29 in the Wren school district. The community offers three, four and five bedroom houses and a community park.

Echo Ridge Townhomes: a Meritage Homes enclave of 77 urban residences in Greer, with open floor plans and two-car garages. Outdoor walking trails and meeting spaces have a fire pit, as well as a dog park.

The Village at Chapel Green Townhomes: a Meritage Homes community of 83 residential units in downtown Greenville.

Cooper Run Townhomes: a Ryan Homes townhouse community in the heart of Verdae that includes up to four bedrooms, a flexible living room and a covered porch with a fireplace.

Bleckley Trail: a Ryan Homes community in Anderson that has just begun construction and will feature three- and four-bedroom single-family homes near the Civic Center and Whitehall Primary School.
