One morning in 2007, Atilis Gym co-owner Ian Smith drank 10 to 12 beers, passed a stop sign and killed a 19-year-old. You would think that this sad incident would make a person stop to reflect before encouraging him to spread a deadly disease.

In August, a New Jersey city council voted to terminate the academy’s operating license due to the brothers’ failure to comply with state mandates. The duo was also arrested in July for keeping their businesses open, despite a state order that required the closing of internal academies.
“We all have the right to make a living. We all have the right to really do what we want to do as Americans,” Trumbetti said during an August interview with CNN. “Freedom has been promised. And they really have placed restrictions so oppressive on us that it is simply unacceptable to us.”
